Meter Replacement Program

The Sanford Water District is replacing all residential meters with automated radio read meters.  This will allow the District to read the meters with a radio receiver, greatly increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the meter readings.  We plan to complete the meter replacements over the next 5 to 8 years.  We are in the process of contacting customers in targeted areas, if you are interested in having your meter replaced please contact the District as follows:
